My Singing Monsters update Gameplay and Reaction by Mairusu! In this video of MSM we check out the brand new Life Formula seasonal event that gives us an update to Ethereal Island and Wublin island! This new update brings us Monculus on Wublin Island and Ethereal Island, the brand new Epic Whisp, Rare Blipsqueak and more into the game! I liked a few things in this update, but Monculus seemed pretty disappointing and didn't really add all that much to the songs on each island he was on... what did you think? Epic Whisp was probably the best thing...

The reason why nobody knew the combo was because ethereal island is so expensive so finding the combo would cost a lot of diamonds and some people didnt want to try a random combo to find it bc it risks losing diamonds

I may be late, but it’s still nice to see you enjoy the Life-Formula update! (Even if everyone doesn’t know the combo for Monculus at the time for 24+ hours😅) Speaking of, as an interesting fact, this wasn’t the first time that the MSM community couldn’t find a combo for a new monster for a long time, as this happened before with epic Stogg a long time ago when it was new.

For the seasonals you have left, you only have 4 left! (Yool, Carillong, Whiz-Bang, and Jamboree. Yool is coming soon in an out of season promotion, and Whiz-Bang’s new seasonal event is coming soon as well! Jamboree is exclusive to Seasonal Shanty, so the only way to get it is through breeding it from there. Around Summersong’s event is when you could get Carillong on Magical Sanctum in an out of season promotion.)

Actually Monculus is a prototype wublin so he IS a wublin, and the rare mythicals aren’t here randomly they’re actually here for the mythical month

I believe the reason for the rare mythical being available for a bit + the 200% mythical breeding chance, was to get people excited for the fire haven mythical coming soon! They’ve been doing polls on the MSM YouTube channel for the community to help decide stuff about it :)

"Man, Moculus is so quiet." ... Yeah, it's not like you have a million of the same ethereals playing over Monculus. Even if he's in the center zoomed in, you have, like, a hundred Ghazts and Jeeodes right next to him collectively keeping him quiet. I don't mean to come off as rude, and I'm sorry if I do, but with the island you have, it makes sense that Monculus was hard to hear. You're either gonna have to find a video with only one of each monster to hear him or take the time to mute each individual ethereal on the island which I doubt you'd be willing to do. Also, the reason for the rare mythicals being available is because of the Month of the Mythical happening with a special sale happening each week leading up to Fire Haven's mythical being released. The week you recorded that had the rare mythicals available, and this week (when I'm typing this) has all the natural rares so that you can get some of the rare wublins.

If you have a Punkleton available, could you name him “Calamity” because there is a fan-made island called Calamity Island (you’ve probably seen it but maybe not) and Punkleton is on it and it’s sound REALLY fits it’s character.

Fun fact: when the update came out for like I think 5 hours after no on knew how to breed epic wisp if you look in the wiki the breeding combination wasn’t there
