I met Anna in Vancouver a while back, when the leaves just started to turn into vibrant reds, oranges and yellows.

When you’re doing stranger portraits, you never know who you’re going to meet.

On this day, I was hoping to find someone who would contrast nicely against the bright orange & red leaves - and that’s when I met Anna.

Anna moved to Canada from Germany, and so far, she absolutely loves it. ❤️

And she was literally the perfect model for this occasion.

Actually - because turns out she’s a professional model and actress. 💪

Even though she had no idea she was about to do a photoshoot… working with her was a breeze.

We were both having fun coming up with ideas for different shots & poses.

At the end, there were SO MANY photos to choose from, so I’m definitely going to release a longer version of this video.

Awesome. We moved from Iowa to Orlando, Florida and I miss seeing the leaves change. In Iowa the winters are so cold and last for so long, and that’s why we moved. Fall is awesome though in the Midwest. I’ve also been to Thunder Bay Ontario, Canada three times as a kid. The people were awesome. Canada 🇨🇦 is Awesome, except for the cold. 😂
