Here because I was having fun with an Evo in my built 1997 mustang GT that makes about 320 rwhp. The Evo looked stock, he def had stock exhaust but I dunno what was under hood. I pulled by 1.5 / 2 cars maybe. But man I wasn’t expecting it to be that quick still. Wicked cars for sure, I raced a STI few weeks back that I know wasn’t stock and it wasn’t even close. Definitely a sweet ride these Evos are nasty

An evo x full bolt ons and a fp black is a 450/500 whp car with proper tune a 5.0 gt is making about 355-365ish stock with a tune maybe 375 ish either the evo has a very safe tune or he's the lesser of the two drivers if the Mustang won two of the three races

Watch videos of Evo's vs 5.0's. A simple tune on a evo x and it'll fuck up a 5.0 easy. Driver is the main problem in this video. I'm guessing he doesn't give it much TLC either, considering it blew up. If it has a bigger turbo, and all that then it's definitely the driver that lost the race

Too me its all about length and top speed which has the highest top speed will win depending on distance and launch the Evo has a higher acceleration I think so that's why it took off a lot faster than the mustang. Either way they're both great cars and each car has its day
