Dr, when should a person retest its Vit D3 again after treatment is complete??
Like how many days or weeks after treatment completion?
(Treatment was 60k IU once a week, for 8 weeks. Levels were 4.2 before treatment)

I had vitamin d3 levels of 18 when got tested, i took 10, 000iu of d3 for 40 days with fish oil and got tested again. My levels went to 53. Now I'm taking 5000iu daily, no more fatigue and joints pain Alhamdolilah

Start Omega 3 tablets also... it's necessary if u have Vitamin D deficiency. My leven of Vitamin D was 12 in February 2024. It's July 2024 now and my deficiency got cured. For February, March & April Doctor gave me Vitamin D(1000 IU per day), Magnesium and Calcium tablet. May & June he gave me Omega 3, calcium, folic acid & Vitamin D(60, 000 IU weekly)tablet.
I'm perfectly fine now. No more symptoms.

Mam, mere left foot and right hand pr swelling aur pain dono hai. Meri vitamin D3 - 10 ayi hai reports me. Jab main medicine le leti hu to pain band hojata hai aur baad me fir se hone lagta hai.
