An “ABS Challenge” doesn’t have to be an incredibly hard workout & this challenge is geared more toward getting you guys to make ABS TRAINING a part of your regular routine. PRO TIP:
⭐️ Use a (1-1 Count) on the bicycle crunches. So 5 reps = 5 per side before switching to V-UPs. Also, as you get stronger try to not let your feet touch the ground during your reps on any of the exercises!

This is great cause I’m getting hecka bored with my current ab regime .. I tend to skip it or not go as hard (wasting my time 🙃 just to say I did it) this looks like an ace kicker & to make it a habit is what I’m really needing …to not even have to think about it, just mandatory

How do I build my endurance to do this? My biggest problem with fitness and weight training is that I get exhausted quickly. I'm middle aged, 5'10", 180lbs and eat 3k calories a day, so I don't know what's going on.

Scott, I beg you to do a long enough video educating people on proper eating and supplements, because my dad is in the hospital after suffering a mild heart attack Friday night and I want to know what to do so I don't end up in the hospital with bad health. I beg you!

I need to take my workouts and meals more seriously, now that I'll be 40 in 5 weeks and that's the age when health problems become more likely.

Are you really gonna recommend that for abs within 30 or even 60 days without touching up on body fat% which correlated with abs and nutrition? This is *gaabage*. Not even putting sufficient stress on the abs just fatigue from tons of reps.
