You are SUCH a good story teller!! Never heard a story of someone's gall bladder surgery that was that entertaining! Well done.

Cas, I've had weight loss surgery also. When I started losing my hair, my doctor told me it was because I wasn't getting enough protein. I upped my protein intake and the hair loss stopped. Good luck!

No need to gain just weight. Gain muscle. You will go up in weight gaining muscle. Look at body resistance exercises if you don't have any weights. You will start to feel so good! You look great! Thank you for your story! I love your transparency. Thank you for the inspiration to eat healthy!

Cas I am happy you are feeling better and you had the gallbladder surgery and not in pain anymore ❤️

Glad to hear you're better! You'd suit a "long bob" where it comes to just below your collar bone. Long enough to curl and wear in a pony tail but will make it look thicker if you're losing hair.

I also had weight loss surgery about 18 years ago. Lost 120 lbs. I admit, I did follow the dietary instructions, proudly, like a show kept the weight off for all these years. You look beautiful. I’m sorry you had so many complications afterwards. I wish you all the happiness and good health. Love your channel!

"I'll wear a diaper for chocolate"!
You're the best Cass, don't ever change! I also had to have my gallbladder removed and it was awful before! Funny thing, I stopped having a shellfish allergy after my surgery!! So weird, right?! Anyway, glad to see you're doing better!!!

I didn't have GB surgery but I have had cosmetic surgery about 14 yrs ago...I very much remember the confusing feelings I had after. I finally came to the realization that I was in morning of my old body. No one really prepared me for the idea that I would miss my old body. Cause your supposed to feel and look great after you fix your "problem" right??? It was the realization that I would never be the same again, I'd never have the same body....ever...again.... like a part of me died, but I'm still alive...crazy huh? Anyway, so glad your feeling well and hope you continue to bless us with your lovely smile, humor and ninja organizing skills!!!

I remember an old video from you, where you said you were feeling tired and so on and you thought it was the winter blues, but it ended up being lack of iron! Please don't feel like you always need to be that strong by yourself, sometimes it is something physical and medical that can be fixed, not something like "lack of willpower", girl

Hope you get better soon, my grandma is having the same gallbladder surgery in october, please if anyone reading this could pray for her 💗 Her name is Clara

Thanks, love your videos!

What a coincidence, I just ended up on your page and got sucked into all those organising tips. Then I landed on this video and happen to be undergoing gallbladder surgery in 5 days! Gallstones are actually super common. I'm taking the same message away from this: if I'd eaten healthy to begin with I wouldn't be heading to the hospital.
Love the way you've shared this story!

Oh I know that pain all too well. When I got mine out my surgeon said if I'd waited any longer it would've exploded and potentially killed me. So yeah, good riddance to gall bladders!

You are great. Thanks for sharing your pain, I had RnY in 2015, starting @235lbs the lowest was 132lbs, I’m maintaining at 148lbs for over a year. Even exercising doesn’t change that. I’m ok with it, I just embrace small victories. After the 2 yrs mark by body wasn’t in the “honey moon” stage and I gained 15lbs fast, extremely hard to loose.
You are the best! Hair loss will get better biotin is great. Funny I had long hair forever and got the short bob stacked in the back. Gave more life after loosing so Mach hair. Now I welcome every baby hair I see. It will come back!

Gallbladders go bad even before weight loss surgery. I had mine taken out years before my weight loss surgery. Hang in there. I am only a little over a year out of my weight loss surgery. You are the best and dont be so hard on yourself.

I just had my gallbladder removed yesterday, I'm so sore. I knew about my gallbladder but I didnt think it was so serious until I heard this story about your other organs going into failure. It really opened my eyes that I needed the surgery asap.

Haircut 💇🏼‍♀️ suggestion: google shoulder length hair Lauren Conrad and tell the stylist you want LONG LAYERS ❤️🙌🏻It was life changing 🙌🏻😎
Don’t go for a Bob or else you’ll probably say 🤦🏼‍♀️”Mirror mirror on the wall, I am my mother after all.... 😂”
