New subscriber, led here on my quest to find out if I really need the prescribed amount of fabric in the pattern. May be you can interface the sleeve head area with a little scrap of knit interfacing (that’ll what I intend to do for mine because of my fabric). Just recently started sewing with knits, so it’s only a suggestion 🙂. Best wishes.
