Sheik, why my mother is adamant? why can't she let me marry the man I chose? I asked her so many times but she failed to give me a solid answer. simply, no reason at all Sheik. just because he lives in KSA and I live in Malaysia, we have been together engaged for 6 years now Sheik. I take him as my hubby. in my heart, my body my soul, he is like my hubby though we are million miles apart. we don't touch each other, contact frequently, or have any mischievous misbehaviors, I love him. and it's pure. If in a family there is no gaurdian except mother and the mother is also helpless because she doesn't have much connections with people and so she is unable to search for a Groom for her daughter, how can the daughter get married? I mean it's a selfish world. No one seems to just help anyone. And when it's a woman, NO ONE helps rather they try to make money out of it. Nowadays, matchmakers only take money and NEVER place a biodata even. When they are asked to give the biodata first, they say "you will not be able to get your daughter married bargaining like This is bargaining? They take money and never give any biodata, only gives some information about some guys orally and that also without their contact info!!! How is this doing their job? And other people are like, "maa shaa Allah your daughter is beautiful, she will get married with no worry, ok bye" or "she is a doctor or engineer or anything established, no worries, she will be married, ok bye". They never even try to help! And about Grooms family, they act like they came to Buy something, not to see a girl to choose for something good!!! Plus, when they see, the brides family has no male person, they get more mighty! Again, Groom is told in islam to marry the girl ONLY when he likes otherwise peace after marriage will be gone. Well, I wonder does our religion also say only marry the fair toned girl? Because guys are only after fair toned girls. Then why dark toned girls are also created? ONLY this makes me MORE sad. Now I ask, how can this girl get married and who will talk to the grooms party always because mother can not talk everything or understand everything!?
