All of Ash's rivals have unique personality like Gary's cocky teasing matter, Paul's tough additude, Trip's um...unexpective curiousity and tsundere like additude, Gladion's agresive matter (i mean he did have a sister who he is very overprotected of) and Sawyer's kohai-like persona
We can't forget Alain and his tsundere type persona, tsundere on the outside but kind and honest on the inside to Ash and Profesor Sycamour
