The major selling point being repeatedly iterated was the "Park View", which is blocked by 2 buildings.

For someone who grew up with a single mother who was also taking care of my dying grandmother, going days with no other food besides top ramen and rice, being bullied for wearing the same old clothes and shoes to school, this type of wealth is beyond my understanding. I can't even fathom what it's like to have that much money, to be a child that dosent have to worry about when the next meal is or wonder what it's like to have the newest toys and games. Sometimes I'm glad I was raised the way I was because it shaped me into the person I am today but sometimes I just wonder what life would be like if my family was this rich. Maybe I'll find out in the next life but for now I'm content and happy.

The views and everything is so amazing. It looks wonderful and so opulent. I can only imagine how alive the city looks at night. I guess if I had that kinda money, I'd love it as my now and again place... But I'd definitely own a house with a yard and a pool as my permanent residence. The New York skyline is amazing from that height, but nothing beats having your own piece of actual earth and sky above your house...seeing birds, walking on grass... planting some flowers... that feels like home.

These buildings are going to flop like crazy. 50 years from now we are going to be watching a documentary about what a curious mistake this was that eventually had to be torn down because it became too expensive to maintain without enough customers paying for it.

It'll be interesting to know the percentage of these homes that are actually physically occupied.

Someone did a really impressive job of making people think that these apartments are worth millions.

Successful people don't just become that way overnight. What most people see as a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hardwork and hustle over time..I pray everyone here becomes extremely successful!!

I think it's cool to see these apartments, and you, personally, make great content. But as someone who lived across the river on a street that faced these buildings, they are complete eyesores. They completely ruin the skyline and look hilariously out of place in the city. I'm still amazed that the developers were allowed to build buildings as tall as they are. You don't notice it when you're on the street, as everything looks huge, but once you get outside the city, it's jarring to look at. These huge glass towers that stick out like sore thumbs among the iconic buildings of Riverside Drive and midtown.

Seriously, take a drive along Kennedy Blvd in West New York or North Bergen, or even sit at a restaurant along River Road in Edgewater, and all these buildings look goofy when you look at the city. It's not as noticeable from Queens/Brooklyn, from the NJ side of the Hudson, it's very strange. Additionally, these apartments sit empty for years on end, while there's homeless people in need of affordable housing.

It's nice to see how liveable they make this city for a small minority of its population.

The amount of space and land they give these folks so they can stay in their units 2 days out of the year is incredible

Look, the house looks AMAZING! It just doesn’t look like it’s worth millions, in my opinion. I know that the location and the materials used to build it contribute to the price but I feel like there are way better houses on sale for $13 million.

I'm so far from being a billionaire, I didn't even know there was a "Billionaires Row" (and I'm a native New Yorker 😂😂)

Central Park Tower is an iconic name in itself. I couldn't even imagine calling that place home and being able to look out over that beautiful unobstructed view every single day of my life 😍😍😍
