FYI…the bypass on the EBS MicroBass 3 is the filter/EQ bypass, not the compression bypass.

Turning the compressor off happens when you just turn the knob to 0.

I’ve used the Bassbone OD for years, primarily for its switching capabilities between my passive and active basses.

As far as tone sculpting, I have always used my bass and hand/finger placement for that, keeping most eq’s flat, whether it’s an amp or preamp.
