-Geospatial technology is used to collect, analyze and store geographic information. It uses software to map geographic locations while analyzing the impact of human activity. ... The layering is possible because eachdata point is connected to a precise location on Earth.

Real life example-
-During natural disasters, geospatial data plays an important role in risk management regarding transportation routes. Use of geospatial data informs strategic planners of potential routes that could be impacted due to the risks inherent to geography. These data also help identify evacuations routes. Emergency management organizations are able to identify road closures to help them navigate to people in need as quickly as possible.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Maharaja Suheldev Memorial and development work of Chittaura Lake in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh at 11 AM tomorrow through video conferencing. The event marks the birth anniversary of Maharaja Suheldev. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be present on the occasion.
 
The complete project will include installation of an equestrian statue of Maharaja Suheldev and development of various tourist amenities like cafeteria, guest house and a children’s park.
 
Maharaja Suheldev's devotion and service to the country is a source of inspiration for all and with the development of this memorial site, the country will be able to get better acquainted with the heroic saga of Maharaja Suheldev. It would also further enhance the tourist potential of this site.
