Calculating Entropy Generation Example (Chapter 4, Problem 2)

In this example we work through a problem involving computing the entropy generation for cooling a piece of copper (with constant heat capacity). This is from Chapter 4: Entropy and the Second Law. A copy of my work is provided below:
