We once brought home an SPCA runt pup, who was a couple weeks younger than the other two we’d recently adopted. He was less than half their size and felt he had to take a stand to get his share. They let him get in the old enamel pan of food, woof ferociously as he could, and eat until his little belly hung down as low as his feet. He’d never had a full meal, and he tossed it all up, then fell asleep in the straw. The older two were bemused, and calmly shared what was left. I still miss my Jeremy, 45 years later.

I do love watching these two. They’re wonderful, every day. God bless you all at Thistle Do.

Man, sneaky little Kyloe threw his tantrum, waited a bit and took a couple of shots, before Hamish let him know that his behavior wss inappropriate. Thankfully no one got hurt, but younguns gotta learn! Hamish is the main steer in charge!

Kyloe never ceases to surprise me. He wants to take on his big brother. He thinks his big enough to take him on.. lol

I’m hearing the preschool teacher long ago, telling the ones getting scrappy, “Use your words”. I’m glad they didn’t have horns.
Gosh, poor little Kyloe’s so frustrated and mad, he can’t contain it. Too funny!
