Great first lecture. The hummingbird and rainbow trout videos are truly amazing. Efficient movement in nature (and in robotics) is beautiful.

Thank you for great lecture. I have a problem with the equation you wrote at 43:00 that q'' is equal to q''d. it cannot cancel out f1 term in q'' when you put considered u in q'' equation.

Underactuated means losing the ability to generate acceleration in a certain direction of its d.o.f. right(?)
Is it correct to say that underactuated is the same as robot having nonholonomic constraints?
