The pen cap slides down and the clip part of the cap pushes a button inside the box to pop out the other end while the actual pen is hidden behind your hand.

If i had to guess it could be a trick of the mind where the pen dose not truly enter the box it actually hides behind your wrist and hand while giving the illusion to enter the box. The spring could be a way to helping push the second part outside of the box and maybe I would guess in that casse it could have some very strong magnet going on to give the illusion when you move the pen in and out that it is moving with it. An other point the cap of the pen could also be fake and follow the motion of the pen hide behind your hand to give the illusion of motion entering the box. Maybe i’m just overcomplicating all of it and it a flexible pen 🖊️ 😂😅🤷‍♂️

😅 "That's my nipple dude" I had to watch this like 3 or 4 times, at first I thought it was like a weird angle that the pen was hidden behind. The only thing that makes sense to me is if the pen is also a gimmick. Can you do this with another color pen? 😊
