Mental illness isn't always depression. PTSD is a big one and it's hard to live with. I'm only 22 and I will never be able to stop thinking about what I saw. Someone that didn't think help was there took it into their own hands. 30 minutes of CPR to no avail. What I saw was hard, I know there's help and I won't give up. Nobody should ever give up. Help is out there even if you think there isn't. You will always be able to find help.

"I'm not ok" reminded me it's ok to admit when things are hard and that it doesn't make me weak.
"Stronger than my storm" reminded me I'm a survivor who is more than the anxiety. More than my trauma. Stronger than those that try to tear me down.
"When living means living in hell" can be hard but it's all one step in front of the other. And I just have to remind myself that it's ok to take a break. And for all this I say, thank you.
