68? Are you kidding me? I would wear a hoodie for that. I usually keep my temp around 75-77 and it's comfortable as the mini split does remove humidity

Looks like your outside temp is 69 degrees? It’s the one with the closest humidity to inside temp. Not much of a workout for the a/c units. If I’m wrong, what WAS your outside temperature?
