I ditched the gym for walking and running and hiking. I have lots of yardwork to keep me busy too.

Yes I did some exercise today! It makes a big difference. Something about endorphins and stuff - lol.
I use "hybrid calasthenics" and lift some weights. Dropped carbs and dropped 40 pounds.
Went from 240 to about 200 lbs. It took a while and I went from 0 pullups to doing about 8 pullups.
Thats more than I did in high school (I was pretty chunky in school). Im over 50 now.
