✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 lbs + 1/4 cup raw buckwheat (500 g)
🌱 1/2 lemon juiced or 1 lime
🌱 1 tbsp salt
🌱 1 tbsp baking powder
🌱 3/4 cup chia seeds (100 g)
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Soak buckwheat over- night in a lot of water. In the morning drain and rinse
🌱 Combine buckwheat, 1 1/4 cup water, lemon juice, salt and baking powder in a blender and blend
🌱 Stir in chia seeds & pour into baking dish with parchment paper
🌱 Bake at 400F for 60 min
