The best way I can explain it is as a 4-dimensional sphere. The simple fact of living inside something with more dimensions than us makes it impossible for us to visualize.
Imagine a cube 5 inches long, If I asked you, how many 2D squares can fit in? What would be your answer? clearly you can't know because 2D squares don't have a width, so there could be infinite squares inside.
A 4D sphere could be filled by infinitely many spheres.

You could visualize it in a way, it is neither feasible nor correct but it helps to explain it, the universe is like a sphere within another sphere within another sphere, etc. But all the spheres are the same size, which makes no sense because to fit one sphere inside another they have to have different sizes, so the universe is infinite equal spheres within another equally infinite equal sphere.

Sort of. By the definition given in this video, if the universe is truly a finite “donut” that has been shaped by gravity through the presence of mass bending space-time, then we could hypothetically “see” the edge of the universe, but we could never reach it. The gravity that is being created by the universe would be far too strong. Any shuttle that we tried to build to reach it would either just reach a dead stop or be crushed depending on how fast it was going.
