Queen - We Will Rock You (Live at Wembley Arena, 10th December 1980)

Last WWRY from Queen's 3-night run at Wembley Arena in December 1980. The audience explodes into cheers as Roger starts drumming and Brian does his opening riffs. Freddie ad-libs a great "HEY!" B4 as he's carried on stage on Darth Vader's shoulders, wearing the Flash t-shirt like he did in Houston, though he's wearing white jeans here at Wembley. It must've been epic for the audience to see the mustached frontman getting a piggyback ride from Darth Vader, pounding his leg and pumping his fist into the air as he encourages everyone to sing along. Unfortunately, even though Freddie is very enthusiastic tonight, what follows is a conservative delivery of the classic rock anthem as he dodges all three A4s, even though he handily nailed them last night. On the bright side, he doesn't switch up the lyrics like he did in Los Angeles and New York. What sets this version apart is Brian's spicier-than-usual solo with an awesome lick to close off the song.
