Remember, the reason Link doesn’t talk much but only speaks to Zelda in private is because of the societal pressure Hyrule placed upon him. And with so much going on, he felt it is necessary to be strong and to silence any burden.

I think the funniest way to stay accurate to the games in comic dubs is just to not dub link whenever he talks. Instead just play the talk option sound effect from BOTW/TOTK lol

I kinda wish we could get to hear Link talk sometimes in the games. I know ow that’s his whole thing but with how much personality he has been given over the years, I am curious what it would be like if he did talk…and realize how that could fail very easily due to precedent (the Zelda 90s cartoon version’s attitude, the Phillips CDI games) and fandom expectations.
