Hi Nicola, loved this recipe. I am a massive sugar addict so always looking for healthier alternatives. I've noticed you use sweeteners in a lot of your baking recipes, how healthy is this? I've heard a lot of bad things about sweeteners (cancer causing, full of chemicals, poisonous in large amounts etc) so it worries me eating them. Is it safe to use them regularly or should intake be restricted? Thanks!

I wish I could make this cake. Where did you get the apple puree? Sainsburys? Tesco?? I couldn't find any within baby aisles... :(

Nichola, vanilla extract please the other is not worth using. Plus can you taste the stevia because my family didn't like the after taste ?

putting carrots in a cake DOESN'T make it a carrot cake. where are the spices that give carrot cake it's flavor? afterall a carrot cake is simply a SPICE cake + carrots. i love SUKRIN. best ever sweetener.
