Update on the new build job

I look forward to every video whether short or long. The space you guys have to work with is crazy. It just goes to show you can build anywhere . I’ve seen a similar house layout an build like that on the way to Wembley. It appears like the home owner sold the land where the garage was an someone built a 1 bedroom house . Looks like an extension at a glance, until you stop an look closely.

You seem very knowledgable about the whole process and a team that puts there all in. I do enjoy your videos and I’ve followed for quite some time. I must say tho, your face brick finish here is not what it should be. That’s not saying that you can’t rectify by using an acid wash or at least wire brushing. I’ve laid bricks for a long time and this is my opinion with great respect.

Im unsure about the stairs, as not sure how then ground floor can have access under the stairs to the top floor flat. Surely there needs to be a fire break doesn't there?
