True in what Mr Davis spoke about re: Justice. Respectfully reminding what must go beyond the lingo or verbiage in language of a face value emotion integrating as a behavioral manifestation such as "blame" developed from an external or instristic deficit, only then can the “other” type of justice be understood. The covert labels such as blame, pout, whine, etc. causes further division among people, increases defensive response, and integrates acute confusion between an emotion and the label, thus exonerating the reasoning or understanding the motivating factor. Linear, marginalized labels leaves no room for the broad spectrum of emotions, where blame could be rightful anger, pouting could be understandable depression, and whining could be the result of sadness. Adding a label creates opportunistic shame, which then implements secondary and tertiary acute reaction or maladaptive behavioral manifestations we could do without. I will save the further psychoanalysis and psychological implications for another day…
The symptom of “frustration” is probably appropriate leading by my theoretical discussion yesterday, differentiating between two components of justice. There is what appears to be two types of justice, which should be integrated as one. From my analysis of human behavioral, psychosocial, societal, and population-based disparities under a framework of legislative, political, healthcare, and public realms, the justice Mr. Davis reminded as the “courtroom” type correctly is regulated by governing rules and laws under the same due process. The other type of justice, which the American people insists and rely on, are social justice principles guided and regulated for the re-instatement or adherence of these principles by the courtroom justice. The American people want to uphold their right or for the re-instatement to be treated with the principles of dignity, equality, safety, (respect of) diversity, and the same opportunity for life, liberty, and in the pursuit of happiness through the process of justice. These principles are demanded through various areas/levels of legislative laws and the judicial branches governed and protected by our constitutional rights, which those rights are suppose to produce and uphold those universal social justice principles.
The other type of justice, I believe Mr Davis is referring to, question through measurement if the right to those principles through the process of justice governed by, correctly, a set of specific rules, have been met. When trying to understand or asses the reason for frustration or another person’s acute response, ask yourself if you have met the client’s fundamental needs by those principles resulting in the right to be treated with dignity, equality, safety, (respect of their) diversity/difference, and if the same accessible right in the pursuit of life, liberty, were upheld, re-instated, or resolved through the process of justice, and by analyzing those answers, only then, will you understand the “other” type of justice.

How can you get justice when the judge just does whatever CPS says to do? How do you get justice for your kids when the judge and CPS knows that the foster mother is threatening you and mentally and emotionally abusing the kids? How do you get justice when you can’t afford an attorney who will actually help you?

California's judicial system is a joke I've watched people that lost their kids get them back just to lose them all over again for the same thing over and over meantime I didn't even get a chance my kids were taken in 2011 and they got adopted out in 2014 after i "ran out of time " and I have been clean and sober for the last 7 years yet because the worker didn't do her job and lied I didn't get a chance (edit) celebrated 9 years clean Sept 8th and I still haven't seen my kiddos nor have I been able to talk to them when I've seen them at the store
