It was supposed to be live? I just assumed it recorded. They would never risk the embarrassment of putting him on live television.

The video is spliced. It’s actually in three parts so it has two slices. If you close your eyes and just listen, you will notice when the spices happen and his voice tone changes. I cannot see what is happening in the video, so I cannot look for the time on the watch because I am blind. But I listened to the speech a few times and noted from the very beginning that the video is in fact spiced together. His voice change is very noticeable.

The fact that they could have easily gotten away with this if they had removed his watch is frightening. Did nobody watch this over and think twice about it?? How can the president of the United States, and his administration be so stupid, and grossly incompetent??
