im assuming what happend is that whichtever mojang employee was writing the item descriptions was just thinking faster than what they writing, and accidentally wrote "Came" rather than "Cave" due to the similarities between the two words.

Fun fact: I accidentally did it earlier in this comment, where I wrote "thinker" rather than "thinking" because the next word was "faster". Wowie!
