This winter reminds me more of the 2015/16 winter for southern Ontario. That winter was the first winter of my life where I’d say almost everyday of that winter we had above freezing temperatures. We also had the warmest February day to that point at 17 or 18C as a high. We managed to break that record this winter by a degree and we’ve had a few colder days this year but as a whole this winter is No winter at all for us.

Never even plowed snow this winter so far in Pittsburgh Pa. Hard to believe we had a total of 13 inches of snow all season so far. An inch here and there. This is the stupidest winter I ever saw in my 52 years here. Sucks! I've had it!

Winter 2019-2020 was on the line between a neutral El Niño so it wasn’t a powerful El Niño. Honestly I don’t think the ENSO affects our winter that much because in 2020-2021 there were a lot of southern sliders in a La Niña winter and on the ENSO it says southeast is usually warm/dry. This winter was warm/wet for Georgia in a La Niña
