In Santiago you miss El Durazno Bikepark its near mallsport, another city you can visit is Chillan, its like 5 hours south from Santiago and go to Nevados de Chillan, its like La Parva, a sky resort in winter and bike park in summer

Try Hong Kong! I was there for the first time and got in touch with the local riders to take me on a ride. It was a blast, but more importantly, they've got quite a unique set of challenges given the high population density, cramp urban environment yet tons of granite filled mountains all over for some pretty good riding.
