I love Harry Potter so much, always have and always will but for some reason never thought on vidding it until I saw SunnyVids videos. She's hands down the OG when it comes to Harry Potter videos and if you haven't subbed her already, I dare you to do it NOW.
This video is 100% inspired by her!

With this video I basically tried to capture the magic and beauty of Hogwarts. How you will always have a home there. It's one of my favorite fictional places in the world and I'm in a complete awe everytime I'm watching the movies.

this is truly the only series that has made me feel like this. and its such a hard feeling to explain. i dont know how i can be so drawn to something that doesnt physically exist. however, the magic will always be in our hearts. hogwarts is my forever home. *always*

This was just beautiful. No word can describe the emotional nostalgic rollercoaster that this masterpiece took me through. This world was my home away from home. When I felt lonely and miserable, when I was hurting and numb, when I was so young and alone and now when im finally healing. I would watch the movies, reread the books and find other fanfictions. With them, I could feel again, be happy and sad and feel like I was with friends.

Now that chapter of my life is over, I don't need to rely on this world to find my way. I have my friends and my place in this world. But my home will always be with the wizarding world and I can now finally look back on that part of my life with peace. Without regrets and heartache and now move on.

This video pretty much encapsulated all my feelings about this part of my life and how bittersweet it was. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for letting me say goodbye and letting me see my home just one more time.

I'm sure this will get lost in the comments like everything does. I used to watch Harry Potter when growing up. From a wee lad all the way to the Deathly Hallows finale that I saw in theaters when I was 10 and 11 from Part 1 to Part 2. I played the Lego games growing up and built almost all of the sets. Harry Potter has always represented home to me. A place that I could never visit but something that meant really heartfelt to me. When Harry Potter comes on every Holiday on cable or wherever, always puts a smile on my face knowing that my home is right there for me ❤

I think the only sentence that I wanted to change was the " we have something Volde doesn't have: something we are fighting" is should have been "Love", or " each other". Because Volde also is fighting for something even if is not for something good.
