I've paid my employees by check for the last 6 months without taking taxes out and now I am trying to add them all to my payroll and it wont take it how can I add that in.

Am in Kenya and am buying Quick books Desktop Enterprise platinum for my client on Monday. Am worried about payroll because of the tax table. Since am outside USA and the tax table here is different what can i do because the client insists we use quickbooks payroll.
