I've lost my grandparents, the last and dearest just last year. Finding your family is a strange parasocial experience... I'm grateful. My grandfather was cheap and ingenious, and my grandmother cooked and henpecked. But they loved each other dearly for over 70 years. Thank you for sharing them with us. I just love Nonno. What memories I have bringing me to tears thinking of my dad who was born in Italy too and passed away at 98. My dad was the same way. The garden, contraptions, sounds the same, snapping at Nonna, and even his stories. He is special and doesn't realize how talented he is. A humble man.
