what about doing a video explaining what a new gtld is as eg these 1200+ new website address extensions as most people won't know what they are etc they were issued in 2013 ish etc

what is it about the code that makes it so desireable besides the fact there is only one owner? is there any? arent there instances where multiple people own an nft? yes there are nd the value there is still derived from scarcity I think. is it in some cases that the noun representation of the nft is the driving factor behind people's interest in them and the code is like a reciept? is there some desire to own a certain area in a "block" in the blockchain? any thoughts would be appreciated - I am beginning to gain a better understanding of nfts and how a market can and has developed around them. the reason they are called NFT's is because the people that buy them are "Not Fully There". I mean, millions of dollars for what is essentially a JPEG...I'll pass.
