Ethics In Economic Behavior: Rationality

I introduce some solution concepts to help us explore the consequences of assuming that players are rational: dominant strategy equilibrium, iterated elimination of strictly dominated strategies, iterated elimination of weakly dominated strategies, rationalizability, backward induction, and forward induction. Forward induction pertains to the consequences of maintaining beliefs in the rationality of co-players who exhibit an unexpected strategy in a game.
