Circle

(1)Draw a line that cuts the circle

(2)Find the middle of that line and draw the perpendicular line that goes though the middle

(3)Find the middle of the segment that this new line is making in the circle

That's it's center

The easiest method is to place the dividers/compass at maximum on the circle. That will be the diameter. Simply half of that is the radius and centre.
