Sir then please educate us on advantages and disadvantages of Lowest Bid Contracting. Normally people submit low bid which is even not biddable, just to win contracts. This especially happens in Government Funded Projects because they stick to this clause of lowest bidder. Profound regards.

Good day Sir, an excellent effort which augmented my existing knowledge on e tendering. In our engineering branch, this effort was fully resisted by staffers as they weren't in a mood to accept the change. Can we adopt e bidding also?
