I think this is a universal problem. Religious sentiments are Supreme even if it's behaving like a donkey/ sheep. I am not sure what she said about Hindu gods or Nupur said about Mohammed. The whole concept that Religious belief/faith cannot be questioned is ridiculous. Be it India or America I see the same behavior. Obviously I don't even consider it worth considering talking about idiots like Middle Eastern Nations, their survival is purely based on Oil. The fact that they did could not take any action on Indian employees especially with Hindu background speaks a lot of their dependence on HR elsewhere especially India. The whole point here is that why are we supposed to accept anything that's told to us in name of religion. It's our right to question everything and that's what is scientific temperament all about. School syllabus are being mythologised. This is straight imposing blind faith on our children's ( the Madrasas or Convent schools are nothing different). Our school system is so dumb that even people with IIT/AIIMS and later MIT/Harvard back ground are not able to shed off their blind indoctrination. Most people will argue its our culture, casteism/racism/regionalism has a blind faith related issue and not culture related. Small Children's brain has no discrimination, it's the rewiring done by us that creates the discriminatory human. I think unless we inculcate scientific temperament in our children, we will destroy the planet by our violent behavior. In Science, we only debate and that too with evidence!!!!
