1. Can women be pastors? Yes. The NT has many women pastors.
2. Is homosexuality a sin? No. The 3 NT verses commonly used against LGBTQ people are not about loving, consensual relationships.
3. Once saved always saved? Yes. It is foundational to reformed theology.
4. Authority of the Bible? Yes, the authority of scripture comes from the witness of the Holy Spirit in prayer and worship.
5. Is the Bible inerrant and infallible? No. 2 Tim 3:16 and 2 Pet 1:20 cannot be used to prove inerrancy.

The Apostle Junea wasn’t condemned by Paul in the New Testament. There’s a reason Presbyterians and Methodists have been ordaining women since the 1950s and Lutherans as well as Episcopalians joining them in the 70s. Because they found that the answer wasn’t as clear as it seemed on the issue from scripture. Sometimes, we get scripture wrong and forget to understand it holistically. My denomination, the ELCA, would still consider the Bible infallible though if we take a Neo orthodox approach to it
