Could you help me with the Laplace transform of 6cos(4t-1)?

If I scale t by 4 then shift it by 1, I get 6e^(-s)/(s²+16)

But if I do it by modifying the original expression as 6cos(4(t-1/4)) I get 6se^(-s/4)/(s²+16)

Please help me out. It's driving me crazy this past few days.
