That's a great set up with the tubs, huge amount of water. After being in the hobby virtually all my life I'm always amazed at the fish you have that I've never seen in real life in Australia or at least very few times.

I went to a talk last April outside of Phoenix, Arizona. One of the speakers, Dr. Eric Thomas, gave his tank on catfish. One of the things he said that I found really interesting was about Pleco caves. His suggestion was to use sections of bamboo. Reason being is that plecos like to feed on wood, and when they spawn inside the bamboo tunnels and the fry hatch out, the fry's first meal is right there - the soft, breaking down bamboo on the inside of the tunnel.
