Man Utd v Arsenal and then Man Utd v Chelsea where some of the biggest games every single season ... when clubs genuinely hated each other and tried to play mind games (no of this soft nice respectful era where everyone says how great there opponents are etc) but Cole v Ronaldo where some of the most exciting battles within the war and genuinely whoever won that battle there team would go on and win .. unbelievable 2 all time greats

Ashley Cole never once had a bad game for England in over 100 caps. He had Ronaldo in his pocket almost every time they played. Defenders aren’t so glamorous so he isn’t mentioned much but he is one of England’s greatest ever players and a Premier League legend.

That doesn’t mean I’m not still bitter about him leaving Arsenal! 😂
