Got the S24+, wont consider a phone with the body design of the Ultra.

I just checked all of them at the shop and I have to say.. the Ultra feels extra premium. the Plus feels like a brick in my hands. So thick and big. The Ultra felt more handy than the Plus... the 24 vanilla felt very nice as well. Much smaller but also a lot more handy. The build quality looks very premium, like 95% of what Ultra feels like. I´d say the plus felt like 80%, if I had to give a number. The plus felt exactly the same as A55, which is a third of the price. I´d rather have that then.

I know it´s just the judgement of feeling.. but for me personally that is very important. I want to feel great when I take the phone into my hands and Ultra feels fantastic. The vanilla feels almost fantastic as well. Plus.. not so much. I would think about it every time i reach for it in my pocket.

Got the S24 Ultra, finding the weight is a bit much. Also, doesn't feel comfortable to hold. I'm always finding I want to put it down to use, instead of holding it. Also, starting to notice asking myself "do I need to take my phone?" before heading out somewhere. Not a good sign. Big weight and size difference bw the two (167g vs 232g!), but still have mostly same features as mentioned in this video. So I'm seriously considering selling the Ultra to a friend and getting the smaller S24 instead.

@JSLReview I saw the other comment saying the background music was annoying, I wanted to add my two cents that I liked it. To each their own!

I think I'd get the regular 24 if it offered the same charging rates and had the same screen as the plus, the fact that they tappered some specs down, didn't have all screens exactly the same with size being the only difference. I feel more pressured to go up to the plus to get the QHD screen and faster charge speeds. Then it makes me question the size difference from the ultra but then I still battle the price difference. Right now I am eligible for a 1k trade in on mine and my wife's devices. So with that being said we would only have to pay the taxes up front for the two plus models and then we'd have new devices, if we go the ultra route we would have to pay they additional $300+ taxes per device too. The no brainier feeling comes over mind to say grab the plus and run. I do have the S21 ultra currently which is about the same form factor. Was hoping to step down slightly for easier pocket carry and handling in general but that spec bump on the 24 is just less appealing. It will cost me almost the same amount to go with either the 24 or the 24+ so the plus is what we're leaning towards.

I traded my s23 ultra for the s24 plus cause i never really used the s pen. The 100 time zoom is more of a gimmick. With the plus now having the QHD screen now it's the same as the ultra. Pictures are really good on the plus and not as heavy as the ultra in the hand.

That’s great what you are telling but there is a big minor here in Europe. We get the exynos 2400 chip. How about that? That’s a real disappointment I think. Do recommend that also or not. And how about battery life on this exynos?

Thanks for the help. I'm close to finishing my 2 year plan on my samsung s22 ultra, and I'm on the debate about grabbing an s24+ or s24 ultra. The only thing that matters to me is the storage capacity on my phone, and the s24+ isn't really any different. The only thing I'd keep from my old phone is the Spen cause it helps me with writing things digitally

Yeah good video . Two weeks before the pre order on the S24 I bought an S21 ultra for $350 to trade in and Samsung gave me $550 for it and so I saved enough to get the s24 plus and it's been a battery king .

For myself it was between the s24 and s24 plus. I end up going with the regular s24 because it was just basically more pocket friendly. After years of rocking a Note 20 Ultra, I wanted something more manageable.

I used S23 Ultra and i switched to S24 + because Ultra is so huge and hard to use

I just bought my S24 a week ago but it's been heating up quite quickly. The weather in Canada is still favoring the cold weather but it still gets hot.

I have an s22+ I've been debating for months whether to get the ultra or stick with the plus model. The new exynos chip isn't a deal breaker for me as im from the uk and currently have exynos 2200. Looking back, most of the phones I've had in the past have run exynos, so it's not a big change unless you are coming from snapdragon. I've always wanted the ultra/note model but always bailed out in the end. The plus is an all-around great phone, screen size is great but not too big, and the battery is very good for me as i use my phone for work and personal use.

I prefer the boxed look and feel, I also love the bigger phone screens. I can say why, 1. My eyes aren't what they used to be so the bigger the screen the better. 2. My hands are huge. So its np to hold the bigger phone.
