The National Hurricane Center has highlighted an area in the eastern tropical Atlantic for a 80% chance of development over the next seven days.

The tropical wave is producing widespread, disorganized showers and thunderstorms, forecasters said in its latest update. Development of the wave looks to be slow to occur over the next few days while it moves westward into the central Atlantic.

Conditions become more conducive for development by early next week, and a tropical depression could form when it approaches the Lesser Antilles. The system is expected to move west-northwest gradually and is forecast to reach the Greater Antilles by the middle of next week.

Hmmmm....this flies in the face over every other single computer model track of this storm, which has it impacting Florida/Georgia, or possibly even finding its way into the Gulf. I guess time will tell.

According to The National Hurricane Center it's a 30% chance. Stop freaking people out for ratings.
