Hey, the CAT40 tapping heads that CME tools sells with quick change adapters are pretty good. At my job we use Bilz style quick change tapping heads and they are a slight improvement over using an ER collet to hold a tap. Just thought I’d mention it here because sometimes tooling suggestions can’t be trusted if someone is trying to sell you something. Your past suggestions with the Mitsubishi ASX 445 and MMM vise jaws have been great!

What spindle do you have on this - it sounds a lot faster than the 6000RPM max on my TM1P
Your cuts are much cleaner than ours - could you list tools and speeds?
The Moreside seems very interesting

I noticed your cooling bit liquid is like a mist. I use to go to a machine shop at night where my Dad worked. I'd watch the guys on cnc and their nozzles was poring out the coolant. Have they come to a conclusion where more is not always better??
