Hello Friends! Join me in this 10-Minute multi-level EXPRESS Mat Pilates workout where we will use the pilates ring to really target the abdominals with a strong focus on the "lower" abs. Modifcations are given throughout the workout to make this doable at many levels. Listen to your body and take modifications given when appropriate for you :)
