We can never be ready for this... Angelina shed tears when she did the original recording. Her relationship with her maternal grandfather was very deep. From what I understand they used to look at the moon together and when they were apart she just needed to look at the moon and know that she would be connected to him. Fly me to the Moon is one of her favourite songs, in her version of Back to Black - she is the one who speaks to the Moon. Her grandpa passed away before the AGT Champions series was broadcast, I feel that she would really have liked him to have seen that and all the success she has had since then, she feels that he can see all that see does and she can still talk to the Moon and he will hear it...

I’m a 77 year old widower, and most songs that Angelina sings make my eyes water, even if I’ve heard them multiple times. This song is so amazing, especially when you realize she was 13 when she wrote it, and first recorded it at 14. She has said that her tears were streaming during that first recording.

Angelina Jordan is a music prodigy she started singing at age of 1.5 years and more than that she started with Billy Holiday Jazz. Angelina sings in 3 languages, designs her own clothes, and has written a very popular book called "Mellom to hjerter" (Between Two Hearts)"Norway's youngest published author" a story about why she wears no shoes during her performances, and like her name she truly is an angel with a heart of gold. Angelina won Norway's got talent when her audition for Billy Hollowday's Gloomy Sunday went viral and she got world press she started the competition at 7 years old and won at 8 years old. In her younger years before age 13, she was watched over by her mother (Sara) and her Uncle, a manager, who just wanted her to grow up normal. Her mother and uncle Turned down almost 90% of all requests for her to perform but even so from age 8years to 12 years old or so, she has been all over the world (Mother and or her Grandmother never more than a breath away) Angelina has donated millions to environmental causes and children's causes around the world. Angelina has produced over 160 covers, and 6 originals and she makes all of them her own, all of which will astound you. New people to Angelina get sucked down this"rabbit hole" not believing what they're hearing her excellent vocals and unique way of singing, Angelina is a master at music structure her ability to show absolute recognition to a cover while she makes it her own is just unbelievable. Angelina writes her own music and produces it Shield, Million Miles, 7th Heaven, and what is Life to name a few. Angelina's mother is Norwegian, and her father is from Sweeden. The " world-known artist'" grandmother (Mery Zamani) on her mother's side is from Iran, and her grandfather (recently deceased) is from Japan both grandparents are very involved with Angelina's growing up, and Angelina's song a million miles is about losing her grandfather and her original cut Shield is about the people that protected her and watched over her during her performances and travels. Although Angelina didn't win AGT champions 2020 she was signed to Republic record label and is producing new music 7th Heaven, Million Miles, and Save the world she's on her way, after school, to a world market that I'm sure she'll dominate.

She lost her Gandpa, Grandma Meri Zamani's husband. Grand parents on Angelina's Mom's side of the family. There are 3 different videos to accompany this song. Look for the one that Angelina made herself. Her sister Juliette is in it as Angelina when she was little. This one is the studio version. Her version is amazing and very personal. She sang about the loss of her Grandpa soon after he passed and you wonder how she did this song without crying, she had a hard time with it then. Her grand parents are middle eastern. Her first languages were Norweigan and Farsi, Engish was #3, Japanese is four. Her Grandma Meri was responsible for her very early exposure to music, namely Jazz. Angelina sang at 1 1/2, wanted to perform on Norways Got Talent at 5 but had to wait until 7, as that is their minimum age. She won that and each performance went viral on YouTube. Grandma Meri is an accomplished artist in her own rite. I do believe, and have for sometime, that we are watching the career of the finest female singer to ever live.

She did it as a homage to her grandfather.
