On Goku being Sarah Connor:
He _is_ the parent of the savior of the human race. Taught him everything he knows. Was never there when his kid really needed him.

[NOTE: I got my facts mixed up and missed out a line separating Godzilla and Gamera - they are kaiju but not from the same franchise. My apologies!]

I don't know what this "Dragon Ball: Evolution" is. But it sounds disapointing

Yo Masako, you forgot Frieza's 3rd form being based on the design of the Xenomorph from Alien, what with the elongated head and such.

You missed the nod to the Alien Franchise by making Friezas 3rd Form / Assault Form look like a Xenomorph.

You made a big mistake that Kaiju fans will shout at you for.

Godzilla and Gamera are not part of the same franchise. in fact they're made by different studios. It'd be like saying Tekken is a big part of the Virtua Fighter franchise.

That aside, I do love Dragonball's pop culture references, including the two Bruce Lee nods and of course Jackie Chun. Iirc Toriyama's a big fan of The Drunken Master, and it influenced the comedic martial arts adventure tone that Dragonball started with. And as a massive fan of the movie, Chan himself, and martial arts movies in general, I can't help but love the original Dragonball all the more for it.

Also, the Red Ribbon Army theme song has a distinct classic James Bond movie theme feel

Lets not forget about Bibidi, Babidi, Buu. Based on the fairy godmother's magical chant from Cinderella; bibbity bobbity boo.

The third budokai tenkaichi game has another terminator reference. One of the What-If scenarios is Dr. Gero sending Android 16 to kill Kid Goku, and Android 8 protecting him.

We have to be thankful to evolution, it enraged toriyama to make dragon ball again

It would actually be pretty cool if Masako did a video on Dragonball references in all media. Dragonball has been such a huge inspiration to the Shonen genre and Japanese pop culture, and other artistic mediums all around the world, that to list the major impacts it had would just be intriguing to watch.

There may be another, though I've never heard anything to confirm this. I've long believed that The Cell Saga was partly inspired by Disney/Paramount's 1981 film, Dragonslayer. My evidence :

1 - A menace that the mentor had a hand in bringing about (Wizards created dragons in this world; Goku's actions against the RR Army started the vendetta that created Cell)

2 - Unprepared younger hero must step up when mentor fails (Galen/Gohan)

3 - Smaller versions of the menace that the unprepared younger hero needs to stop (Baby Dragons; Cell Jrs.)

4 - Falling for a slightly antagonistic girl above your station who is destroyed by the menace (Galen for Princess Elspeth; Kirillin for 18)

5 - The mentor arising from death or a death-like state and then later blowing up along with the menace (Ulrich with Vermithrax; Goku with Cell)

6 - The boasting somewhat cowardly public hero claiming credit for the victory and getting away with it (Casiodorus and Hercule/Satan)

There may be others, but its been a while since I saw the film in full.

How about Goku and Supermans similiar origins? Or has that been talked to death already? Oh well, it's there.

For the record Masako, Where you mention R2 and Lukes speeders, the yellow ship in the background apears to be an imperial transport shuttle.

Fun fact: I was born May 8th, 1984. SO the Terminator was sent back in time to KILL ME AS A BABY! *Dramatic sting*
Also: Gamera and Godzila (Gojira) are two totally different franchises with similar themes (Kaiju). It's like saying Star Trek is a big part of the Star Wars franchise. Both sci-fi in space, totally different franchises. In fact, Gamera and Godzila have never officially crossed over (Death Battle doesn't count). At least in movies.
ALSO also: Point off for not mentioning the xenomofph from Alien with Freeza's third form (WHICH TFS EVEN LAMPSHADED!)
