SCOTUS only ruled on the obstruction charge which effected only part of the charges. The ruling does not effect those charged with attacking law enforcement and those trespassing and damaging government property. Those charges remain and most of the January 6th rioters charged with those crimes will remain in jail if already sentenced and are still subject to prosecution if not already tried.

Yeah and you need to be locked up and our supreme Court needs to be held accountable for their unconstitutional actions as well

Hes setting his base up to be outraged at the insurrectionists not being out for the CRIMES despite what they were there for or their intent they assaulted and vandalized. At the Jan 6 rally, the “hostages” had to go thru a Secret Service metal detector. They confiscated 269 knives, 18 brass knuckles, 18 tasers and 30 batons. Many others, before going thru the detectors, either left bags outside or left them with someone else. These are not “hostages.” They are criminals. (The Economist 6-22-24.)
