2.5M in 4 years is still more than my whole family makes in 7 years

Don’t know where this all came from but CNBC has been producing decent videos lately. Keep it up 👍🏼

I wouldn’t mind being the last pick in the entire draft and getting $2 million 👀💵💯

Appreciate how CNBC is producing videos that are relative to current events. Even I didn't know Baker Mayfield was getting paid $8million a year by being the first pick out of last year's draft. Sucks for Josh Rosen.
To the team at CNBC, keep up the good work. I look forward to watching your daily content.

8, 000$ a week to play on the practice team!! That's a pretty good salary for 16 weeks (128, 000$)

Edit: There's actually 17 weeks (I forgot the "bye" week)

When people see those numbers, they don't factor in that the money isn't guaranteed, agents get their cut, and they have big taxes that come out. Until you're a big name player, you're really only getting around 150k without endorsements. It's good money but they aren't rich.

I hate the name ‘Mr Irrelevant’

You’re just bullying them

People make a huge deal about how much players are paid but if you cut every players salary to 100k a year, the NFL would not reduce ticket prices, jersey prices or TV contract demands. The owners would just get more money.

So imagine you’re a QB the best out of all but the team that got the first draft doesn’t need a QB... then what? He’ll miss millions too...

Corey Clement, Phillip Lindsay are examples of why the NFL should allow more money to be given to their players.
